Dr. Suresh Kumar Krishnan graduated from National University of Malaysia (UKM) with a Doctorate degree in Quality and Productivity Improvement (StatisticsDepartment) in 2003. A statistician with a bachelor’s degree in Statistics from University Putra Malaysia, Dr.Suresh’s Masters Degree is also in the area of QualityManagement (QPI) from UKM. Dr.Suresh has been actively involved in the field of continual systems improvement activities since the beginning of his tertiary education.
With his more than 15 years’ experience in Quality Management System, he has conducted various trainings and workshop in the area of systems audit, workplace and documentation / procedural improvements, ISO 9001 QMS, variation and waste control mechanisms and other practical problem solving techniques including statistical tools.
